PET & Extrusion Molds

In 2023, we took over the operations of Rin Prod, a company specialized in the production of blow molding machines and molds for the plastics industry. This integration has strengthened our expertise and production capabilities in the field of complex technical molds. Today, we design and manufacture PET, extrusion, EBM, and IBM molds, covering a wide range of industrial applications, including the pharmaceutical sector and technical packaging solutions. To date, we have produced over 400+ molds, consolidating our experience in complex projects and series production for industrial clients across various industries.

Utilajele noastre includ freză CNC cu 3 și 5 axe, precum și strunguri CNC cu comandă numerică, ideale pentru realizarea de piese unicat, serii mici sau matrițe complexe. Tehnologia CNC (Computer Numerical Control) permite controlul automat al mașinilor-unelte prin programe digitale, garantând: • toleranțe stricte și finisaje de calitate superioară • viteză mare de execuție • flexibilitate în prelucrarea diferitelor materiale: oțel, aluminiu, inox, bronz etc. Fiecare piesă este prelucrată cu atenție și acuratețe, conform desenului tehnic sau modelului 3D primit, astfel încât produsul final să respecte 100% cerințele clientului.
